(1) Comprehensive dust removal plan for transfer station and material conveyor

At the transfer station of the material conveying system, induced air generated by the kinetic energy of the material flow enters the guide groove. At this time, the positive pressure inside the guide groove is high, and dusty air is sprayed out along the two ends of the guide groove and the poorly sealed positions, causing dust to diffuse in the transfer station.

The falling pipe can reduce the kinetic energy of material flow, decrease the induced air entering the guide groove, and effectively suppress dust. Bag filters all use the principle of negative pressure dust extraction, which can effectively release the positive pressure of the guide chute and capture and remove dust from the air through efficient dust filtration methods. It can be freely combined into a system solution according to different operating conditions, and combined with their respective advantages, it can completely solve the dust pollution problem of the material transportation system transfer station.

Option 1: Fully enclosed guide chute+bag filter

This plan is applicable to transfer stations, coal crusher buildings, and other places where coal blockage, dust, and wear problems coexist, and the site does not have water supply and drainage conditions. Features: Strong anti clogging function, high dust removal efficiency, recyclable dust, moderate renovation cost.

Option 2: Fully enclosed guide chute+micro power dust collector

This plan is suitable for transfer stations, coal crusher buildings and other places with serious dust problems. No power dust removal, high dust removal efficiency, low renovation and operation costs.

(2) Location of ash silo bulk loader

The fly ash from the ash silo falls into the powder tanker through the bulk head, and the air inside the tank is compressed, carrying a large amount of dust, which is discharged through the exhaust layer of the bulk head. Due to the large amount of dust here and its recycling value, wet dust collectors are not suitable. The general bag filter, due to the large amount of dust, is not cleaned in a timely manner, the filter bag is frequently clogged, and the output is insufficient, resulting in excessive dust emissions on site.

The bag filter is designed for high dust environments, and through the dust pretreatment device, the dust concentration can be greatly reduced, reducing the burden on the dust collector. At the same time, measures such as combined dust cleaning and dispersed air inlet are adopted to improve the dust cleaning efficiency and air inlet uniformity, with a dust removal efficiency of over 99%. The dust collection pipeline of AB bag filter is connected to the exhaust layer of the bulk head, forming negative pressure. The dusty air enters the filter and is filtered and purified before being discharged into the atmosphere. The dust is then discharged through the ash discharge screw. This device not only has high dust removal efficiency, but also accelerates the ash loading speed and increases the amount of ash added to a single vehicle.
