1. Advanced control system

This series of packaging machines adopts Siemens touch screen, PLC and stepper control system from Germany. The whole machine is easy to adjust, with high step accuracy, coordinated and consistent actions, and a high degree of automation.

(1) Color film or light film coating can be used on the same device;

(2) An automatic coding system can be equipped according to the packaging requirements of the user's product;

(3) According to the packaging requirements of the user's product, on the basis of vacuum pumping, N2, 02, CO2 mixed gas or a single gas can be filled, and the gas mixing ratio can be easily adjusted through a gas control controller;

(4) Can be equipped with an automatic box dropping machine to automatically drop the box into the packaging machine mold with high precision;

(5) Can be equipped with an automatic liquid quantitative filling system to automatically fill liquid or semi fluid materials in a quantitative manner;

(6) It can be equipped with a computer multi head scale to automatically package materials in a quantitative manner.
