1、 Introduction to Fully Automatic Softening Water System
Softening, as the name suggests, refers to reducing the hardness of water. The fully automatic softened water system consists of three parts, namely ion exchange part, salt regeneration part, and control part. Ion exchange technology is the working principle of softening systems, and its main body is ion exchange resin. As the hardness of water is mainly formed and represented by calcium and magnesium, cation exchange resin is generally used to replace Ca2+and Mg2+(the main components that form scale) in water. As the Ca2+and Mg2+in the resin increase, the efficiency of removing Ca2+and Mg2+gradually decreases.
2、 Fully automatic softening water equipment
Softened water treatment equipment is divided into time control type, flow control type, continuous supply softened water system type, and various series, including single valve single tank, single valve double tank, double valve double tank parallel, large multi valve multi tank series, etc., to meet the different water needs of users. The flow type is a fully automatic regeneration controlled by the set flow rate, and the flow rate can be set according to the different resin filling amount and water quality conditions. Time type refers to the conversion of time based on the resin loading amount and water quality, combined with the specific hourly demand. The fully automatic regeneration is controlled by the set time (the regeneration cycle can be set as needed within 7 or 12 days, and the regeneration time can be selected arbitrarily within 24 hours). The fully automatic soft water equipment control system technology is formed, easy to operate, reliable in operation, and controlled by a microcomputer, making its operation more convenient and management easier.
