The SXC-I dust collector produced by our company is a new type of high-efficiency smoke and sulfur removal dust collector, which has the characteristics of easy operation, low cost, and simple installation. Its technical indicators meet or exceed the national emission requirements and are suitable for various boilers ranging from 0.5 to 35 tons.
This product mainly consists of a swirl chamber wet mechanism, a spray insect catching mechanism, a self-excited washing mechanism, a water level control mechanism, a slag discharge mechanism, a water supply mechanism, etc. After entering the dust collector, the smoke and dust undergo three stages of dust removal: thermal inertia dust removal, spray settling dust removal, and flushing washing. Therefore, this product has a long service life and good desulfurization and dust removal effects.
