Design Features

The 727 type blowing nozzle can spray high impact, fan-shaped compressed air flow. There are acrylonitrile butadiene styrene ternary copolymer ABS plastics, manufactured by RYTON or aluminum, designed for cooling, drying, and blowing applications in conveyors, control air intake dashboards, and handheld devices. The side-by-side positioning provides effective air.

For each job, the pressure is below 7 bar. The ABS plastic air flow is blown out from the 16 groove openings between the protective ribs, which ensures the pressure industry's requirements when the openings are blocked for manual use. The tolerable temperature can reach up to 77 ℃ at 7 bar. 727-RY RYTON type is resistant to chemical corrosion and can withstand a temperature of 149 ℃ at 3 bar.

Although not recommended for handheld applications, the Y727-AL aluminum version has excellent durability in harsh cyclic applications. Aluminum nozzles can reach a working temperature of 200 ℃ at a pressure of 7 bar.
