1. Product Overview
The NXQ series national standard capsule accumulator is a capsule type accumulator produced by Asahi Hydraulic Company. Due to its excellent characteristics in energy storage, pressure stability, energy consumption reduction, and leakage compensation, it is widely used in industries such as automobiles, machinery and machine tools, petroleum, aerospace, etc.
2. Working principle
The bladder type accumulator mainly uses the compressibility principle of gas (usually nitrogen) to store energy. Its specific principle is as follows: nitrogen is filled into the interior of the bladder, and the exterior is surrounded by hydraulic oil. As the hydraulic oil continues to increase, the bladder is compressed and deformed, and the volume of the gas decreases, resulting in an increase in air pressure. This is the process of energy storage; And when the gas expands, the hydraulic oil is continuously discharged, which is the process of releasing energy.

4. Internal structure and external dimensions
The main body of the bladder type accumulator consists of the skin and shell, and the important part is the skin, which is also a key factor determining product quality and lifespan. The top inner hole of the leather bag has internal threads and is connected to an inflation check valve. There is a check valve inside the inflation port and a spring behind the valve core. The joint surface between the leather bag and the one-way valve is sealed with a copper gasket. It should be noted that for leather bags of different volumes and pressures, their one-way valves and various auxiliary sealing rings are generally interchangeable.

6. Product certification
Manufacturing license: The accumulator is a type of pressure vessel that must comply with the specifications for pressure vessels, and its design, manufacturing, and testing must be carried out in accordance with the standards; Installation, setting up of other components, and operation should follow the technical rules of pressure vessels. Our company holds a special equipment manufacturing license (A1 level pressure vessel license) issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, with license number TS2210185-2009, providing reliable quality and safety assurance for the manufacturing of energy storage devices.
7. Ordering Instructions
① When placing an order, the full name of the model code must be specified, such as: working pressure of 20Mpa, nominal capacity of 25L, and a small mouth shell structure. The working medium is hydraulic oil, and the connection method is a threaded bladder type accumulator: NXQA-25/20-L-A.
