EPSK-100ML magnetic heating stirring mirror kettle is a new type of reactor designed for synthesis, degradation and other reactions. It is suitable for high-pressure photochemical reactions, carbon dioxide (CO2) reduction, carbon dioxide (CO2) reduction to methanol (CH3OH), carbon dioxide (CO2) reduction to methane (CH4), reduction and degradation of nitrogen oxides (Nox), high-pressure photocatalytic degradation of formaldehyde and other fields. Suitable for small sample reactions, it is the most ideal reaction device for testing expensive or low yield counterfeit raw materials.
The EPSK-100ML magnetic heating stirring mirror kettle adopts a flange design, which is safe, convenient, and fast. The sealing method adopts a soft sealing structure design. The window material of the high-temperature and high-pressure photochemical reaction kettle is selected from quartz, which has a series of excellent physical and chemical properties such as high strength, high hardness, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, good light transmission performance, and excellent electrical insulation performance. Therefore, it can be widely used in various demanding fields such as national defense, scientific research, and civil industry.

Material of kettle body: 316L stainless steel material is used;
Window material: Sapphire;
Sapphire is wear-resistant, high-strength, corrosion-resistant, highly transparent, and has a wide range of light transmission bands;
Heating device: The interior adopts a fixed modular electric heater, which heats evenly and stably, is durable, and the exterior is made of stainless steel material, which is durable, non deformable, and waterproof;
Mixing device: magnetic stirring;
Temperature control device: adopting advanced PID artificial intelligence temperature control, with self-tuning (AT) function, timing function, and can rotate forward and backward (see instrument instructions for details);
Temperature measuring device: high-precision K-type temperature sensor;
The kettle body and heater can be completely separated, greatly facilitating the disassembly of the reaction kettle and providing work efficiency;
Motor: Strong and powerful, high-speed and stable;
Inlet needle valve: gas inlet needle valve, interface 3mm (one eighth) sleeve, strong sealing, safe and leak proof;
Exhaust needle valve: interface 3mm (one eighth) sleeve facilitates vacuum treatment and gas replacement of the system before the reaction, and serves as a vent valve after the reaction is complete;
Stainless steel pressure gauge: real-time monitoring of the internal pressure of the kettle reaction;
