The frozen fish ball packaging machine consists of five main parts: Z-type automatic feeding machine, 10 head electronic scale, work support platform, 420 vertical packaging machine host, and finished product conveyor. The working process of the machine is as follows: the operator pours the frozen Rice-meat dumplings and fish balls to be packed into the vibrating hopper of the Z-type feeding machine. The vibrating hopper conveys the balls to the tray of the feeding machine through the vibration of the motor, and then conveys them to the 10 head scales through the conveyor belt for weighing. The hoppers of the 10 electronic scales are combined for weighing. Once the weight reaches the set parameters, it will automatically be fed into the bag for sealing, printing the production date, finished product output and other links to complete the entire packaging process.

1. The Rice-meat dumplings packing machine uses both Chinese and English to control the machine operation. When setting the bag length and width, it can switch back and forth. It is controlled by the human-machine interface and controlled by the intelligent system to control the whole machine operation.

2. Electric mold roll: Adopting an external film release mechanism, the installation of packaging film is simpler and faster. The film roll shaft is fixed by inflating and expanding. After the film roll is used up, only the air pressure of the film roll shaft needs to be discharged to replace the film roll seal.
