Precautions for tapping vibrating screen
1. Adjust the lifting bracket and activate the butterfly nut.
2. Pay attention to keeping the oil film on the flat surface of the box cover intact to avoid rust spots.
3. Regularly pay attention to the lubrication of moving parts and add oil regularly to extend their service life.
4. The whole machine must be installed in a fixed position to reduce shaking.
Usage method of tapping vibrating screen
1. Before starting up, it is necessary to add 10 kilograms of oil and pay attention to whether the direction of the arrow shown on the motor housing is consistent. Reverse rotation is prohibited.
2. The equipment must be fixed before operation.
3. Place the sieve with the sample on the lower sieve plate, adjust the lifting bracket to tightly clamp the sieve between the sieve plate and the lower sieve plate
4. Insert the motor plug into the controller socket and the power cord into the three-phase socket.
5. Press the power switch and set the time. According to user needs, press the touch key "△" to increase, press "▽" to decrease, and each press of "△" and "▽" is 60 seconds.
6. After setting the required time according to the test procedure, press the ON button to start working mechanically, and the indicator light will light up during operation.
7. When this instrument is working normally, if it needs to be stopped, press the OFF button.
8. Each shutdown should reset the time.
