Introduction to Hydraulic Control System

The hydraulic control system of this press consists of an oil tank, motor, high-pressure oil pump, adjustable relief valve, three position four-way solenoid valve, pressure gauge, etc.

Start the motor, the high-pressure oil pump starts supplying oil, and the system pressure is regulated by an adjustable relief valve. The pressure gauge displays the pressure value, which meets the working requirements. The three position four-way solenoid valve implements functions such as downward and return movement of the oil cylinder plunger and unloading of the oil cylinder through electronic control direction change to meet the requirements of different working conditions. The overflow valve plays a reliable overload protection role to ensure that the overall structure and motor are not damaged due to pressure overload.

The pressure measurement unit shown on the pressure gauge is Mpa (megapascal), and each Mpa reading can generate a pressure value when the cylinder piston descends. Users can adjust it according to their needs. When adjusting, the electromagnetic iron that causes the piston to descend is energized, and the pressure displayed on the pressure gauge is the actual working pressure. When adjusting the overflow valve handwheel clockwise, the system pressure increases; otherwise, the system pressure decreases. When adjusting pressure, slowly turn the handwheel to prevent damage to the pressure system components.
