1Enter the indoor map

Log in to the system,Enter the indoor map.

2Floor configuration

Click the floor configuration button, confirm and continue

Enter the number of floors

Close prompt box

Click the button on the right floor to import the corresponding image

If there are no images or changes in the images after successful import, clear the browser cache and refresh

Secondary image configuration and secondary image deletion function

Right click on the secondary map and click on delete

3Set the location of the base station

Click on the base station location settingsGo to the base station location settings page.

Fill in the corresponding data, click the location selection button, and directly click on the location of the map base station to automatically obtain itxTheyCoordinates and floor data

Select the direction of the base station, which determines the location of the device on the map

For example:

north

Northeast

If there is no direction, the dot will be made with the base station as the center

Click on Settings, and the set base station will appear on the map.

Click on the base station iconView base station information

5Personnel positioning

Expand the left list

Check the personnel to be monitored and view their location

6View personnel information

Click on the personnel iconView personnel information.

7Statistics of the number of base station personnel

Click on the number of base station personnel statistics, enter the base station personnel statistics page

Select the team and base station that need to count the number of people, click to query

View the detailed list of personnel currently at the base station

8Track report

Click on the platform's historical trajectory—Trajectory reportEnter the base station trajectory statistics report interface.

Select the team, equipment, and query time, click query to find the base station and its stay time for different time periods on a certain day

9Track duration statistics

Click on the platform's historical trajectory—Trajectory duration statisticsEnter the base station duration statistics report interface.

Select the team, equipment, and query time, click on the query to find the total duration of stay at different base stations per day

10Track playback

Click on the platform's historical trajectory—Playback of trajectoryEnter the base station trajectory playback interface.

Select device, query time, click query

The display image will be based on the position of the first point, such as the position of the first point2Building, then the background will be displayed by default after querying2building

The playback function will jump between points, and automatically switch when there is a floor change

If the playback display secondary map is set, the secondary map will be opened during playback. If not set, it will not be displayed.

11Management function

At the Personnel Management OfficeYou can modify personnel information by simply selecting the corresponding personnel and clicking the edit button

12alarm function

In the alarm reportYou can search for device alarm information and also search for specific alarm information in the alarm type

The alarm will be displayed in the real-time monitoring alarm information window

ButThe page is used to set which alarms need to be displayed in the alarm information window

After successful configuration, do not display long-term static alarm

13Attendance function

Click on 'Attendance' in the list above and select 'Attendance Time Settings'. Specific working and finishing times can be set for devices that require attendance management.

After setting the start and end times, the platform will automatically record the attendance of staff based on the set time.

To check the attendance records of a team or employee, you need to click on 'Attendance' in the list above and select 'Attendance Report'. Select the device to be queried, set the statistics date and time period, and then select the attendance method: entry and exit area method, check-in alarm method for attendance query.

Click on the query to view the report

Click on the detailed time to query the time period of a certain day at different base stations

The attendance result is judged based on the commuting time set by the user

To download the attendance report, simply click on 'Export'Excel】You can download it now.
