The bare cell dual channel hot press machine is mainly used for the hot pressing process of winding cell assembly lines, including automatic feeding cell hot pressing, cell hipot testing, NG buffering, automatic unloading and other functions. The equipment has a high degree of automation, modular design, and flexible model replacement.
1. The Z-axis direction has collision avoidance function, alarm prompt, and flexible sensing device.
2. Four layer transfer and transformation mechanism: using servo rotation, with the function of organizing and positioning battery cells, the mechanism moves smoothly without rebound or shaking.
3. The hot press adopts a four layer vertical up and down pressing method, and each layer is equipped with a pressure sensor. The pressure within the range deviates from the set value≤± 5%, with overvoltage alarm and shutdown function.
4. Special coating treatment is applied to both the upper and lower heating plates during hot pressing, and the plates are required to be non stick during the hot pressing process.
