6、 Description of basket type spray cleaning machine.

6.1 Cleaning process:

The basket type spray cleaning machine directly pours the workpiece into the basket for cleaning. After the workpiece is installed, the operator only needs to press the start button, and the cylinder door of the equipment will automatically close. The rotating motor will start working, and the cleaning spray pump will start working. According to the set time, the spray cleaning pump will stop working when the time is up, and the rinsing spray pump will start working. When the time is up, the rinsing spray pump will stop working, and the hot air circulation fan will start blowing hot air to dry the workpiece. When the time is up, the water mist exhaust fan will start pumping water mist. After cleaning is completed, the equipment will sound and light an alarm to prompt the operator to unload the material and clean it with new material.
