Product Introduction
The induction withstand voltage test of transformers is an important test to ensure that product quality meets national standards. The longitudinal insulation induction withstand voltage test between turns, layers, segments, and phases of transformer windings is an important item in transformer insulation testing. The longitudinal insulation test requires the use of a frequency doubling power supply device to apply a test voltage for the withstand voltage test.
The BSBF series multi frequency induction withstand voltage tester is designed and manufactured to meet the above requirements. After extensive user experience, it has been proven that it is easy to operate, reliable in performance, and can better meet the needs of transformer and mutual inductance withstand voltage testing.
Product Features
1. The device adopts power electronics technology, and the internal core part uses a variable frequency regulator.
2. Parameter presetting, protection settings, frequency selection, voltage regulation control, etc.
3. The touch based operation method can preset test frequencies of 50Hz, 100Hz, 150Hz, and 200Hz (optional), and adjust the voltage through touch (the step size can be adjusted in real time, selecting 1V, 2V, 5V, and 10V), which can achieve multi frequency test voltage output of this device.
4. Built in LC filtering circuit ensures that the waveform distortion rate is within the specified range.
5. Small size, light weight, easy to carry, and convenient for high-power conversion.
6. Not only does it generate three harmonics, but it can also produce test voltage outputs of 1, 2, 3, and 4 harmonics.
7. The operation and wiring are simple, and the requirements for the capacity of the on-site test power supply are greatly reduced.

The voltage collection method is on the low voltage side (i.e. output voltage 0-500V), which is added to the PT secondary test voltage. As the PT conversion ratio is constant, overvoltage protection can be set.
The 10KV-35KVPT test requires a voltage of 0-500V, while the 110KVPT can use a voltage of 0-2220V, connected to a 100 √ 3 secondary auxiliary winding with a voltage of 182V. Non pressurized windings can be connected to compensating reactors (5A, 10A, 20A) to avoid burning out the PT test sample.
