1. Connect the power supply of the whole machine, and at this time, all three indicator lights on the operation panel should be on.
2. Press the hot air switch, and both hot air motors should start running.
3. Press the conveying switch and adjust the speed control knob. At this point, the conveyor chain should be in motion. Check if the direction of motion is correct.
4. The temperature control meter adopts upper and lower limit digital temperature control. The temperature difference between the upper and lower limits is about 10 ℃, and it is strictly prohibited to adjust the temperature control upper and lower limit data without authorization.
Precautions for using BS-4525/4535 jet heat shrink packaging machine:
1. Operators must undergo relevant training, master operational skills, and strictly comply with this safety operating procedure for their work.
2. Before starting, check if there are any foreign objects in the thermal contraction channel. 3. When shutting down, first turn off the upper and lower heating temperature control power supply. After the equipment runs for 5 minutes and the temperature drops, turn off the running switch to the off position. After stopping the operation, turn off the fan switch and turn off the main power switch;
4. When leaving the workplace, it is necessary to ensure that the power is turned off and safe before leaving.
