Non woven sleeve covers have soft texture, waterproof, breathable, non-toxic, non irritating, antibacterial, chemical resistant, environmentally friendly and other characteristics. They are mainly used in specific places such as hospitals, pharmaceuticals, factories and laboratories. The conventional colors are white and blue.

Instructions for Use
1. Turn on the power switch and the air source switch;
2. Install the raw materials on the upper fabric rack. There are two fabric racks on the machine, and the tendrils first pass through the drum, material pulling wheel, and cutting wheel.
3. The second roll passes through the drum again, pulls the material wheel, and then the two layers of fabric are uniformly fed into the floating wheel, which in turn enters the ultrasonic (edge sealing welding) flower wheel for welding
4. With the operation of the machine, enter the ultrasonic wave and detect whether the ultrasonic wave emits waves. After ultrasonic treatment, it enters the material pulling group, followed by the drum, and then the two fabrics enter the material pulling group together, then enter the fusion roller, and enter the knife group, as shown in the picture.
5. Click on the start and rotation speed control buttons on the control panel to start (slowly start) and enable normal production.
5. After the machine is running normally, rotate the speed control button for normal production.
