    BIONOON-18DCharacteristics and applications of multi manifold pressure cover vacuum freeze dryer:
    On the basis of the characteristics of the ordinary type, it combines the features of the cover type and the multi manifold ordinary type.
    ·Suitable for freeze-drying of bulk (liquid, paste, solid) conventional substances;
    ·Suitable for drying penicillin bottled materials. When preparing for freeze-drying, divide the materials into penicillin bottles as needed, cover the bottle cap with a floating cap, and perform freeze-drying. After drying, operate the capping device to press the bottle cap tightly, which can avoid secondary pollution and re adsorption of moisture, and is easy to store for a long time;
    ·Install a flask outside the drying chamber and dry the material frozen on the inner wall of the flask. At this time, the flask is connected to the manifold outside the drying oven as a container. The material in the flask is heated at room temperature and can be removed or added as needed through a multi manifold switch device without stopping the machine.
