Detection principle:

Nickel ions are first oxidized to tetravalent in ammonia or alkaline solutions, and then form complexes with color reagents. Their absorbance is measured by spectrophotometry, and after processing and calculation by a microcomputer system, the nickel content (mg/L) is directly displayed
