The two ends of the corrugated tube of the axial external pressure compensator (expansion joint) are connected to the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder respectively, and the number of waves in the corrugated tube is relatively high. When subjected to external pressure, it can absorb a larger axial position and is commonly used for overhead thermal pipelines.
The two ends of the bellows of this type of expansion joint are connected to the microphone and the inner cylinder respectively, and the number of waves in the bellows is relatively high. When subjected to external pressure, it can absorb a larger axial position.
Installation and usage precautions:
1. The direction of the inner lining cylinder should be consistent with the flow direction of the medium (there is a flow direction mark on the expansion joint)
2. During installation, pay attention to the vent facing upwards and the drain facing downwards.
After the on-site installation is completed, the small pull rod needs to be removed.
