The ZDN-Q series automotive specific electronic endoscope is designed specifically for the automotive maintenance industry. It is mainly used to detect and diagnose carbon deposits, blockages, wear and tear in automotive engines, cylinders, gearboxes, differentials, fuel pipes, engines, mufflers, conveying systems, water tanks, and fuel tanks. When a car engine malfunctions, the original diagnostic method was to rely on experience and listen to the sound to determine the problem with the cylinder. The specific cylinder needs to be disassembled to determine which one it is. However, using a car specific electronic endoscope and inserting the probe into the spark plug hole or fuel injector can directly inspect the inside of the cylinder for carbon deposits, foreign objects, etc., improving work efficiency, reducing repair costs, and avoiding damage caused by multiple disassembly and assembly of the parts. It is compact and portable, with clear images, a small diameter adjustable head, video recording and storage capabilities, and can be connected to a computer. With the help of endoscopic image processing software, the recording process can be captured as individual images, which can be used to create maintenance records, providing a strong basis for charging and avoiding consumer disputes.
