Product Usage

1. The main purpose of this laboratory test is to evaluate the ability of the tested product to prevent rainwater infiltration and its rainproof performance during or after exposure to rain

2. Check whether the installation of car windows and sunroofs, military vehicles, small cars, and agricultural vehicle roofs and sides can withstand rainwater spray, whether the sealing performance is reliable, and whether the installation method is correct

3. This testing equipment is mainly used to assess whether the casing/sealing components of electrical and electronic products can ensure good working performance and technical status of the equipment and components after or during water testing. At the same time, the transportation or use of the product may be affected by water immersion, providing reference basis for product technical standards.

4. Suitable for testing the waterproof sealing of outdoor motor vehicles, this equipment confirms the water sealing status of the car by simulating the conditions of the rain detection with the natural state outside through a rain room, and implements structural improvements on areas that may leak rain.

Process Description

This rain room is mainly used to test the water tightness of large buses and military special vehicles. Through the rain room, the conditions for rain detection are similar to the natural state outside to confirm the water tightness status of the car.

Rainy area: The car window surface is sprayed with a certain degree of rain intensity using a spraying method, and a sewage treatment device is installed to filter the circulating water into the sewage tank, and then filter it again through the clean water tank to meet the standard of circulating water. The frame structure of the rain shelter is welded on site.

Equipment description and description of performance and parameters

The rainproof sealing test device for automobiles should ensure that the four surfaces of the missile trailer are sprayed from the top, front, back, left, and right directions to avoid blind spots and ensure that the spray pressure and flow rate correspond to the national standard requirements for each part of the vehicle. The design of the rainy area can be divided into six sections, each five meters long, and each section can independently control the spray. The purpose of its design is to save water and electricity consumption, and it can be targeted for small-scale testing of small cars. Two movable rainboards were also designed, one placed 10 meters away from the back and the other placed at the far end. The frame structure of the room ensures rust prevention and shock resistance while maintaining a simple and beautiful appearance. The entire equipment is easy to operate and facilitates the inspection and maintenance of components. The main materials used for the rain frame are 304 stainless steel square pipes and 304 stainless steel round pipes to ensure durability and rust prevention.

This equipment mainly consists of a sprinkler system, a water replenishment system, a water circulation system, a sewage system, an electrical control system, and two sets of movable sprinkler plates.
