Automatic final welding machine is mainly used for the final welding process of laminated cell assembly line, including cell scanning and feeding, connecting piece feeding, protective cover feeding, positive and negative electrode ultrasonic final welding, welding mark tapping and dust removal, cell fixture manipulator, welding mark detection, positive and negative electrode adhesive bonding, adhesive bonding detection, cell cutting and NG buffer functions.
1. The Z-axis direction has collision avoidance function, alarm prompt, and flexible sensing device.
2. The welding station provides overall protection for the welding head to prevent dust from falling into the battery cell. It features a sealed dust removal system, with a dust removal mechanism that has a pipe mouth wind speed of ≥ 15m/s and real-time monitoring of negative pressure air pressure. An alarm is triggered when the lower limit is exceeded, and the dust removal air volume and position can be adjusted. Capable of air defense welding.
