Bending material: High strength cast iron HT200-300, with a working surface hardness of HB170-240. After two manual treatments (manual annealing at 600-700 degrees and natural aging for 2-3 years), the product has stable accuracy and good performance.

Be careful not to use and store bent plates, inspection bent plates, cast iron bent plates, and casting bent plates in damp, corrosive, high or low temperature environments. When using the bending plate, it is necessary to install and debug the bending plate, then wipe the working surface of the bending plate clean, and use the bending plate after confirming that there are no problems.
