Aromatic hydrocarbon removal distillation apparatus
●General characteristics:
1) Designed to remove polymerized aromatic hydrocarbon components from base oil, with the aim of increasing the viscosity coefficient of the base oil;
2) Adopting liquid-liquid extraction method;
3) The main solvents used are furfural and N-methylpyrrolidone/water;
4) It can also be used to remove sulfolane from naphtha;
5) It can help you obtain reliable data to optimize production, reduce factory costs, and is suitable for a wide range of base oil varieties;
●Design features:
1) Design an extraction column with a rotating rod and an efficient 4/6 theoretical plate, similar to factory related designs for ease of comparison;
2) Sample injection system: graduated glass tank with jacket, solvent capacity of 30L; base oil capacity of 50L; jacket temperature control, temperature control gear pump speed adjustable, temperature control stainless steel pipeline and switching valve;
3) Preheating unit: The solvent and base oil are precisely temperature controlled, and then they are injected into the extraction column at a certain rate;
4) Extraction column: optional inner diameter of 18mm and height of 500mm; rotating rod outer diameter of 16mm;
5) Collection unit: jacketed glass, capable of receiving solvent capacity of 30L; base oil capacity of 50L; with temperature control;
6) Temperature range: from room temperature to 150 ℃;
7) Time required to reach a steady state: 30-60 minutes;
