principle
When the IFT (8 or 12) burner controller executes the ignition program, the gas solenoid valve and air solenoid valve open simultaneously, and the ignition transformer (7) is powered, generating an electric spark at the burner head position. As the gas solenoid valve and air solenoid valve slowly open, the burner (6) starts smoothly. The bypass of the air solenoid valve (9) can ensure a certain amount of air enters the burner for cooling protection. The gas/air flow required for burner combustion is achieved by the gas flow regulating plug valve (3) and the air flow regulating plug valve (11). The flow orifice plate (5) is used for calibrating gas and air flow rates.
