principle
When the pressure regulation, measurement, and safety cut-off system (1) of the gas main is put into normal operation, the automatic control system of the burner can start running; The burner automatic controller (14) starts the gas solenoid valves (3 and 4) to open; At the same time, the ignition transformer (14) is connected, and ignition sparks appear near the nozzle of the burner (7); The air disc valve (12) is at the ignition opening, and an appropriate amount of combustion air flows towards the burner (7). Adjust the outlet pressure of the gas end through the pressure pipe of the air/fuel ratio valve (4). As the heat load continues to increase, the opening of the electric disc valve (12) will continuously increase, and the rising pressure of the combustion air through the pressure pipe of the air/fuel ratio valve (4) will cause the outlet pressure of the gas end to increase. The gas manual adjustment plug (5) and the air manual adjustment plug (13) regulate the maximum gas and air flow.
