Measurement principle:

The sample, exclusion solution, and indicator are sent to the exclusion bottle and colorimetric cell, respectively; LED photometer for zeroing measurement; The sample and the expelled solution are thoroughly mixed and undergo a chemical reaction under the action of air, and the generated ammonia gas is transported to the colorimetric cell by a diaphragm pump, thereby changing the color of the indicator; After a period of time, the LED photometer measured the sample again and compared it with the measurement results before the reaction, finally calculating the concentration value of ammonia nitrogen.
