Air/Fuel Proportional Valve Series AG/GIK

For continuous and staged burner control, the air/fuel ratio valve ensures a constant mixing ratio of gas and air. The burner must be ignited under the premise of a constant mixture ratio of gas and air.

Italian MADAS air/fuel ratio valve

According to the requirements of EN746-2, the normal combustion of the burner requires a stable mixing ratio of combustion air and gas. The air/fuel ratio valve GIK/AG is used to achieve a constant air/fuel ratio and obtain the gas pressure required for burner combustion in different states.

● Suitable for continuous and pulse control

Air/fuel pressure ratio: 1:1, with high adjustment accuracy and wide range. Adjustment range: 40:1/20:1

After technical testing and certification, it meets the European gas application standards

Suitable for natural gas, LPG (gaseous), city gas, and can also be used for air

Air control pressure: 0.5-120mbar, proportional valve outlet pressure 0.2-119mbar

● Small flow regulation range: -3-+3mbar

● Environmental temperature: -20-+60 ℃

Horizontal installation, with the proportional valve spring chamber facing downwards during installation. The proportional valve with flange should be located at the end of the outlet flange

Install an air feedback pipe for the expander at a location with a diameter of 5 times or more

The gas inlet pressure of the proportional valve must be higher than the control pressure of the air
