Agilent liquid chromatography column PL-SAXFeatures:
PL-SAX chromatographic column suitable for biomolecules
The PL-SAX chromatographic column used for biomolecule analysis is suitable for separating proteins and non protected synthesized oligonucleotides using anion exchange high-performance liquid chromatography under denaturing conditions. Strong anion exchange functional groups and covalently linked chemically stable polymers expand the pH range. In addition, the anion exchange capacity is independent of pH value. When analyzing and synthesizing oligonucleotides, denaturation conditions such as temperature, organic solvents, and high pH can be used for separation. The PL-SAX chromatographic column used for biomolecule analysis provides higher chromatographic performance for self supplementation or enrichment of G sequences, which may form aggregates or hairpin structures. The 5 μ m filler provides efficient separation for n and n-1 sequences.
