Agilent Bio SEC-3 HPLC ColumnRepresents a breakthrough in volume exclusion chromatography (SEC) technology. This chromatographic column is filled with spherical, narrow particle size distribution 3 μ m silica gel packing with hydrophilic coating. This thin layer of polymer is chemically bonded to the mechanically stable surface of pure silica gel under strictly controlled conditions, ensuring the achievement of high column efficiency volume exclusion fillers. The Agilent Bio SEC-3 HPLC column is available in pore sizes of 100 Å, 150 Å, and 300 Å, making it suitable for volume exclusion separation of most peptides and proteins.
