There are two types of techniques for pasting self-adhesive labels. One is the traditional instant adhesive technique, which involves applying adhesive such as glue onto the back of the printed and die cut label and sticking it to the surface of the product. The other is the new pre coated adhesive technique, which uses a new type of self-adhesive printing material to make self-adhesive labels through printing and semi die cutting techniques. When in use, the substrate on the printing surface is easily peeled off from the base paper, and the back is conveniently pasted due to the pre coated mixture.
Adhesive materials are often divided into two types based on the substrate on the surface of the adhesive: adhesive paper and non drying film.
Each consists of three basic units, namely the surface substrate, pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (adhesive), and base layer (divided into silicone oil and peeling layer).
