1. Product Overview

The accumulator safety ball valve is mainly used as an accessory for hydraulic bladder type accumulator for safe shut-off and unloading. It is installed between the accumulator and the hydraulic system. The safety ball valve can maintain the pressure setting value in the system. When the pressure exceeds the setting value, the safety valve opens to prevent system overload. Especially the accumulator installed in a closed system is indispensable to prevent the harm caused by sudden pressurization of external loads to the system. There are three main connection types for accumulator safety ball valves: straight through, right angle, and three-way threaded connection.

The AQF series accumulator safety ball valve is manufactured by Ningbo Chaori Hydraulic Co., Ltd. (formerly Fenghua Hydraulic Parts Factory) and is the only product in China that has passed national level technical appraisal. It has also won the Ningbo Science and Technology Achievement Award.
