1、 Overview The ARSLWQ-B (C) on-site display gas turbine flowmeter is a new generation of high-precision and high reliability gas precision measuring instrument that has been independently developed and optimized by drawing on advanced flow instrument technologies at home and abroad, integrating theories of gas mechanics, fluid mechanics, electromagnetics, etc. It has excellent low-pressure and high-pressure measuring performance, multiple signal output modes, and low sensitivity to fluid disturbances. It is widely used for measuring gases such as natural gas, coal to gas, liquefied gas, and light hydrocarbon gas. This series of flow meters adopts advanced ultra-low power single-chip microcomputer technology to develop a new intelligent instrument that integrates turbine flow sensors and display integration. It adopts dual row LCD on-site display, which has obvious advantages such as compact structure, intuitive and clear readings, high reliability, no external power interference, lightning resistance, and low cost. The instrument has six point correction for instrument coefficient, intelligent compensation for instrument coefficient nonlinearity, and can be corrected on site. The high-definition LCD display simultaneously displays instantaneous flow rate (4 significant digits) and cumulative flow rate (8 significant digits, with reset function). Keep all valid data intact for 10 years after power failure. This type of turbine flowmeter is an explosion-proof product with an explosion-proof rating of ExdIIBT6. This type of turbine flowmeter can be divided into ARSLWQ - □ B type and ARSLWQ - □ C type according to the power supply method and whether it has remote signal output. ARSLWQ - □ B type: The power supply uses a 3.2V10AH lithium battery (which can operate continuously for more than 3 years); No signal output function. 4、 Instrument selection
1. Selection instructions When selecting, users should reasonably choose the model and specifications of the flowmeter based on the nominal pressure of the pipeline, the maximum pressure of the medium, the temperature of the medium, the composition of the medium, the flow range, and the signal output requirements. To achieve optimal performance of the flowmeter, the flow rate range should be within the Qmax range of (20% to 80%), which is more appropriate.
