The AMC4030 motion controller is a universal and economical 3-axis motion controller launched by Chengdu Fuyu Technology Co., Ltd. Using ARM as its CPU core control unit and adopting more efficient motion control algorithms to improve its control performance.
Due to its precise and excellent motion control performance, this controller is particularly suitable for high-speed motion stroke applications that require efficient and smooth point control, including XYZ consoles, packaging production lines, CNC machine tools, woodworking machinery, production assembly lines, electronic processing equipment, and other equipment manufacturing industries.

system structure
The AMC4030 controller has two typical control system structures: independent control system and hierarchical online control system.
The AMC4030 controller can be connected to a PC via a USB cable to form a layered online motion control system, or it can be detached from a computer and form an independent control system through HMI human-machine interaction. When AMC4030 is used as an online motion system, users can edit various motion control instructions and perform real-time monitoring of the control system through the PC based upper computer application software provided by our company. The motion controller is responsible for executing all motion trajectory controls and responding to control commands, as well as detecting and responding to all IO port signals.
When AMC4030 is used as a standalone control system, a separate HMI (such as a touch screen) is required. The motion data is pre fixed to the control card, and human-machine interaction is completed through the HMI. The motion control completes the execution of HMI commands and processing data, as well as the detection and response of all IO port signals.
