AL-HB6020Portable emission detection system
This product is developed to meet the needs of environmental protection departments for emission testing of non road mobile machinery and road inspection of vehicles in use. The product uses smoke meters and other equipment as the core detection components, equipped with specialized software that meets national standards and various auxiliary devices that facilitate law enforcement, and integrates and optimizes the entire system.
The testing process and technical specifications of the product meet the following standard requirements:
Limits and Measurement Methods for Pollutant Emissions from Diesel Vehicles (Free Acceleration Method and Load Deceleration Method) (GB3847-2018)
Limits and Measurement Methods for Pollutant Emissions from Gasoline Vehicles (Dual Idle Method and Simplified Operating Condition Method) (GB18285-2018)
Limits and Measurement Methods for Exhaust Smoke of Non Road Diesel Mobile Machinery (GB36886-2018)
Technical advantages
Independent and comprehensive detection system, integrated design, easy to carry, no connecting wires between sub devices, clean and orderly detection site, efficient and convenient detection process
The smoke meter is the core measuring component, adopting a split flow measurement method. Adopting the "air curtain" protection technology to prevent the optical system from being contaminated by smoke exhaust. The measurement room is temperature controlled to prevent moisture condensation in the exhaust from affecting the measurement results
Adopting WIFI wireless transmission ensures the convenience and stability of data transmission between sub devices, making the detection process smoother and more stable
The system sub devices are all equipped with high-performance lithium batteries, which are not limited by on-site power supply conditions
Adopting industrial grade tablet computers, high reliability, high protection level (≥ IP65)* Outdoor usage requirements
Built in Ringman blackness and opacity (free loading and free acceleration process) detection items, clear testing process prompts, programmable operation, automatic judgment of detection results, storage and query of detection data, and retention of relevant information and photos of the tested machinery. The detection results can be traced
The test report is output in standard A4 size and can be customized for design
Optional exhaust analyzer MQW-50D (DC) for dual idle detection of gasoline vehicles
Using license plate image recognition technology, vehicle information input is more convenient and efficient
The road inspection time, with the cooperation of two people, takes less than 10 minutes to complete the free acceleration inspection process specified by the national standard from information input to printing report output

scope of application
The opaque smoke meter is mainly used to detect the black smoke emitted from diesel engines, and has good detection ability for visible pollutants with relatively low concentrations, which can achieve continuous measurement of exhaust smoke.
The opaque smoke meter is mainly used for environmental law enforcement testing and environmental road sampling inspection
Vehicle emission testing and road experiments can also be used for whole vehicles
Field testing by testing institutions
Quality and Technical Supervision Organization
