Detailed information on AHT200AHT200 Leeb hardness tester:
AHT200The Leeb hardness tester is a portable hardness tester produced by our company based on the Leeb hardness measurement principle. It can conveniently and quickly measure various metal materials, and this product adopts the internationally popular fully enclosed metal shell, which conforms to ergonomic design. Surface sandblasting treatment, combined with stainless steel brushed blocking plate, enhances both corrosion resistance and aesthetics, making it sturdy and durable. And it has excellent resistance to electromagnetic, vibration and other interference.
Relying on stable low power consumptionICIntegrated circuit, capable of achievingHL,HRA,HRC,HRB,HB,HV,HS,Conversion between them. configurableD,DC,D+15,DL,C,G,EImpact device. Configurable accessories suitable for various testing scenarios, capable of meeting various testing environments and conditions.
▲ Full Chinese menu style operation, LED backlight display;
▲ The probe can automatically recognize;
▲ The upper and lower limits of hardness can be pre-set, and an automatic alarm will be triggered if the range is exceeded;
▲ Large capacity storage, up to 600 sets of data;
▲ Equipped with indication soft calibration function;
▲ Equipped with USB interface and microcomputer software, it has more powerful functions when connected to a PC, making it convenient for customers to manage measurement data;
▲ Can be connected to an external thermal printer (optional);
The power supply consists of two AA (size 5) batteries, which can work continuously for more than 150 hours (without backlight), and has energy-saving functions such as automatic sleep and automatic shutdown.
Applicable Materials
Steel and cast steel; Metallurgical tool steel; Grey cast iron; Ductile iron; Cast aluminum alloy;
Copper zinc alloy (brass); Copper tin alloy (bronze); Pure copper; Forged steel.
Scope of Application
▲ Installed mechanical or * assembly components;
▲ Heavy duty workpieces;
▲ Mold cavity;
Failure analysis of pressure vessels, steam turbines, generator sets, and other equipment: such as narrow spaces such as machine tool spindle hole walls and groove bottoms;
The production line for bearings and other parts requires formal original records of test results;
▲ Material differentiation in metal material warehouses.
▲ Test scope: (170-960) HLD, (20-68) HRC, (19-651) HB, (80-967) HV
(30-100)HS、(59-85)HRA、(13-100)HRB;
▲ Measurement direction: Supports 360 degree measurement;
▲ Hardness system: Leeb (HL), Brinell (HB), Rockwell C (HRC), Rockwell A (HRA), Rockwell B (HRB);
Vickers (HV), Shaw (HS);
▲ Can be equipped with impact device: D/DC/D+15/G/C/DL/E;
▲ Measure the curvature radius of the workpiece: Rmin=50mm (using a special-shaped support ring Rmin=10mm);
▲ Measure the minimum weight of the workpiece: stable support of 2kg (0.1kg needs to be coupled);
▲ Measure the minimum thickness of the workpiece: 3mm (G-type impact device: 10mm);
▲ Measure the minimum thickness of the hardened layer on the workpiece: 0.8mm
▲ Operating temperature: 0-40 ℃
