The material is uniformly fed into the crushing chamber by the feeding system and is subjected to strong impact from the high-speed rotating crushing disc, as well as centrifugal force. It collides with the crushing gear ring and is subjected to various comprehensive forces such as shear, friction, and collision, causing the material to be crushed. The crushed material moves with the airflow to the grading zone and is separated into coarse and fine materials by the variable frequency regulating grading wheel. Products that meet the fineness requirements enter the cyclone collector and dust collector with the airflow for collection, and the coarse material returns to the grading zone for secondary crushing.
