Note 1. In the above dimensional drawing, the tolerance not indicated is ± 0.4mm.
Note 2. When operating from the OFF state after reset to the ON state, the operating force increases due to the switch structure.
Note 3. For the welded terminal type, only the shape of the central hole of the terminal has been changed, and there have been no changes to the switch, terminal shape, characteristics, etc.
Note 4. The appearance and characteristics of TV-8 certified switches are the same as those of general products.
■ Panel processing diagram
Installation panel thickness: 0.8-2.3mm To prevent accidental insertion, the installation holes are asymmetric in shape, Please pay attention to the direction of the protrusion. Please process the rounded corners R of the panel on the surface of the panel. Please process the buckle on the back of the panel. |
Note 1: The recommended standard material for the panel is SPCC. If flexible materials are used or there are no buckles on the back of the panel, it may result in insufficient fixing force of the panel. Therefore, please set the panel thickness and size after confirming the actual usage conditions.
warn
Do not perform wiring operations while the switch is powered on.
Do not touch the terminals when powered on. Otherwise, it may cause electric shock.
Safety points
·Please use within the electrical rating range. If used beyond the rated value, it will not only reduce the durability of the switch, but also cause heating and burningBad and dangerous. Therefore, the instantaneous voltage and current during use, including on and off, should be consideredWithin the rated range.
Precautions for use
Regarding installation
·One touch installation.
·Do not apply excessive force when installing the switch into the panel.
·Do not remove the switches already installed on the panel and reinstall them on the panel for use.
·When installing switches on the panel, do not apply external force to the buttons to ensure that the load is appliedShell and flange parts.
Regarding wiring
·When using terminal blocks, please use the socket suitable for terminal block # 187 (t=0.8).
·Please use wires of the correct specifications that can meet the load current.
·After wiring, please avoid subjecting the terminal and connector parts to external forces at all times. Otherwise, it may lead toCausing damage and misoperation of the switch.
(Example: Constant external force state caused by excessive winding of steel cables, etc.)
·After wiring, an appropriate insulation distance should be maintained between the switch terminals and other metal parts.
·The coil has polarity, please confirm the polarity before wiring correctly.
·When continuous power is applied in the coil, insulation aging may occur due to coil heating. Therefore, designWhen using the circuit, please ensure that it is continuously powered on for no more than 10 seconds.
·The back electromotive force generated after the coil action may cause damage to semiconductor components and device errors
Action. When controlled by precision semiconductor components, please design additional surge absorption circuits and other circuits.
·When welding manually, please use an electric soldering iron (with a tip temperature of 360 ℃ MAX) to complete the welding within 4 secondsConnect and do not apply external force to the terminals.
·The contact of the soldering iron tip with the root of the terminal can cause deformation of the switch housing and base.
Regarding usage
·Do not apply external forces to the product that may cause it to deform or deteriorate.
·Please avoid dropping the switch or applying abnormal impacts.Otherwise, it will lead to poor movement.
·Do not apply load to the operating part horizontally (diagonally).Otherwise, it will cause damage to the switch.
Regarding storage and usage environment
·To prevent terminal discoloration and other aging and deterioration of this product during storage, please avoid using the following methodsLong term storage and use under the specified conditions.
1. High temperature and humid environment
2. Environments with corrosive gases
3. Places with direct sunlight
4. Places invaded by sea breeze
5. Environment with rapid temperature changes
In addition, this switch is not sealed and should not be installed in places that come into contact with water, oil, and dustInstallation and use.
·Do not freeze or condense the switch.
·Using in places with strong external magnetic fields may result in improper operation. Please use it in its actual stateConfirm.
Regarding the use of small loads in the field
For use with small loads, please refer to the minimum applicable load current and voltage values, and followSet values higher than these.
If surge current is generated during switching, it will cause the contact to consume too quickly and reduce durabilitySex, therefore please insert contact protection lines as needed.
The minimum applicable load is based on the L level as the reference value.
This value represents a fault level with a reliability level of 60% (λ 60).(JIS C5003)
λ 60=0.5 × 10-6/time is the reliability level of 60%, indicating a prediction of 1-2,000,000Below NextThe malfunction.
