After years of effort, Fujiang fans have developed a streamlined equipment system in the factory, including automatic CNC cutting, hydraulic shearing machines, automatic rolling and spinning, mold pressing at the fan inlet and front plate, and electromagnetic heating for bearing installation. Each fan sold by our factory undergoes strict start-up testing before leaving the factory to ensure the effectiveness and service life of each fan.


1、 Purpose and standards
The 9-28 centrifugal fan is generally used for forging furnaces and high-pressure forced ventilation, and is widely used for material conveying. It can be applied to conveying air and gases that are non corrosive, non self igniting, and do not contain viscous substances. The temperature of the conveying medium generally does not exceed 80 ℃, and the dust and hard fine particles contained in the medium do not exceed 150 mg/m3. This fan can also be used as a high-temperature fan for cement kiln external decomposition process (machine number 16 or above), steel smelting and other special occasions (using heat-resistant, high-strength materials instead).
This fan complies with the standard GB/T13275-91 "Technical Conditions for General Purpose Centrifugal Ventilators".
2、 Structural type
The fan is of single suction or double suction type (machine number 16 or above), and can be made in two types: right-handed and left-handed. Looking at the motor from one end, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a clockwise cyclone machine, represented by 'clockwise', and counterclockwise, it is called a counterclockwise cyclone machine, represented by 'counterclockwise'.
The position of the air outlet of the fan is represented by the angle of the air outlet of the casing, and both 'left' and 'right' can be made at 0 °, 45 °, 90 °, 135 °
There are a total of 6 angles, 180 ° and 225 °. The transmission modes of the fan are A type, D type, and F type (machine number 16 or above).

⑴ Impeller: The impeller of the 9-28 type fan has 16 long blades and 16 short blades. After the impeller is formed, it undergoes dynamic balance correction, ensuring smooth and reliable operation with a long service life.
⑵ Shell: Welded into a snail shell shaped integral structure with ordinary steel plates. For high-temperature fans, heat-resistant materials can be selected according to temperature conditions, and the casing can also be made into separate parts.
⑶ Air inlet: Made into a convergent streamlined overall structure, fixed to the front cover plate group with bolts.
⑷ Transmission group: composed of main shaft, bearing box, coupling, etc. The main shaft can be made of high-quality steel or heat-resistant steel according to different purposes, and ball bearings or sliding bearings are used. Ball bearings are lubricated with bearing grease, while sliding bearings are lubricated with thin oil. The D-type bearing box is equipped with an oil level indicator, and the lubricating oil used is No. 30 mechanical oil. The amount of oil added should meet the requirements of the oil level mark.
3、 Performance and Selection
The parameters provided in the performance table generally refer to the performance of conveying gas under the standard state of the ventilation fan inlet. Standard atmospheric pressure pa=101300Pa, gas temperature t=20 ℃, relative humidity 50%, air density ρ=1.2 kg/m3.
The qualified product performance of the fan leaving the factory is a deviation of ± 5% in total pressure value under a given flow rate. When the operating conditions of the fan are not standard, the performance should be converted according to relevant formulas.
4、 Installation and use of fans
1. Before installation: A comprehensive inspection of all components of the fan should be conducted. Whether the components are complete, whether the rotation direction of the impeller and the casing is consistent, whether the connections of each part are tight, whether the main components such as the impeller, main shaft, and bearings are damaged, and whether the transmission group is flexible. If any problems are found, they should be repaired and adjusted immediately.
2. During installation: Pay attention to checking the casing and strictly prohibit debris and tools from falling or leaving inside the casing. On some bonding surfaces, in order to prevent
To prevent rust and reduce disassembly difficulties, a layer of lubricating grease or mechanical oil should be applied. The joint surface between the fan and the foundation, and the connection of the inlet and outlet air ducts should be naturally aligned, and forced connection is not allowed. It is also not allowed to add the weight of the ducts to the various components of the fan, and attention should be paid to ensuring that the fan is in a stable horizontal position.
3. Installation requirements
After installation, try pulling out the transmission group and check for any tightness or collision with the fixed parts.
(2) After the installation of the motor, a coupling guard (to be provided by the user) should be installed; If the intake duct is not connected to the intake port, a protective net should be added 1 .
After all installations are completed and the overall inspection is qualified, the fan can be put into trial operation.
4. Trial operation of the fan
To prevent motor overload and burnout, it is necessary to start the fan with no load (close the inlet valve and slightly open the outlet valve). If the operation is good, gradually open the valve until the specified working conditions are met. Strictly control the current during operation and do not exceed the rated value of the motor.
The continuous operation time under rated working conditions shall not be less than 30 minutes for repair, installation, and trial operation, and for newly installed fans
Run for no less than 2 hours.
5. Operation of the fan
Before starting the fan, the following preparations should be made:
a. Close the inlet valve and slightly open the outlet valve.
b. Check the clearance dimensions of each part of the fan, and whether there is any collision or friction between the rotating and fixed parts.
When the fan reaches normal speed after starting, the bearing temperature should be checked regularly during operation to ensure it is normal
When there are no special requirements, the temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 40 ℃ of the ambient temperature; Root mean square vibration velocity value of bearing parts
Not exceeding 6.3mm/s. If abnormal phenomena such as severe vibration, impact, and rapid increase in bearing temperature are found in the fan, it is necessary to

5、 Maintenance of fan
Precautions for fan maintenance work:
1. Only operate when the fan equipment is completely normal.
2. When the fan equipment is started after maintenance, attention should be paid to whether all parts of the fan are normal.
3. Regularly remove impurities such as dust and dirt inside the fan, and prevent rusting.
4. To ensure personal safety, maintenance of the fan must be carried out while parked.
Precautions for normal operation of the secondary fan
1. If any abnormal phenomenon is found during the driving, parking or operation of the fan, it should be checked immediately. If it is a minor fault, it should be checked immediately
We should promptly identify the cause and try to eliminate it. If a major malfunction is found, the vehicle should be stopped immediately for maintenance.
2. Except for replacing lubricants after each maintenance, lubricants should be replaced or supplemented according to the actual situation under normal circumstances.
6、 Main faults and causes of the fan
1. The fan vibrates violently
① Friction between the casing or air inlet and the impeller.
② The stiffness of the foundation is insufficient or not firm enough.
③ Loose rivets on the impeller or deformation of the impeller.
④ The impeller shaft disc hole and shaft fit are loose.
⑤ Loose connecting bolts between the casing, bearing seat and bracket, and bearing seat and bearing cover.
⑥ Poor installation of the inlet and outlet pipes of the fan leads to resonance.
⑦ There is dust, dirt, and wear on the blades, and the blades are deformed and the shaft is bent, causing the rotor to become unbalanced.
⑧ The fan shaft and motor shaft are not parallel, and the two couplings are misaligned or have no gap.
2. The temperature rise of the bearing is too high
① The bearing box vibrates violently.
② Poor quality, deterioration, insufficient filling, or impurities such as dust, sand, dirt, etc. of lubricants.
③ The tightening force of the connecting bolts between the bearing box cover and seat is too high or too low.
④ The installation of the shaft and rolling bearings is skewed, and the front and rear bearings are not concentric two
⑤ Damaged rolling bearings or bent shafts.
3. Excessive motor current and high temperature rise
① The intake and exhaust pipeline gates were not closed while driving.
② The input voltage of the motor is too low or there is a single-phase power outage.
