Working principle

The nitrogen sealing valve is used to regulate the pressure of the inert gas layer at the top of the storage tank. The nitrogen seal valve senses the pressure inside the storage tank and opens when the pressure drops below the set pressure to allow inert gas to flow in. When the pressure rises to the set pressure, the valve closes and stops, preventing inert gas from continuing to flow in.

The nitrogen sealing valve must have three external interfaces, one interface connecting the valve and the storage tank to measure the pressure of the storage tank, and the second interface connecting the inert gas and the valve, as well as the inert gas supply port. The third port connects the outlet of the valve to the storage tank, providing inert gas to the tank.


precautions

1. The nitrogen sealing valve device must be completely reliable, with sufficient supply of inert gas. If the valve is damaged and the supply is insufficient, it will result in a high concentration of oxygen in the storage tank, which will mix with the evaporating medium to produce flammable substances

2. Inert gas should be introduced into the tank in an effective manner.

3. Inert gas pollution from any source must be prevented. Any inert system should be equipped with appropriate dehumidification devices to maintain humidity within an absolute minimum.
