The six axis force sensor 6DT80 is used to measure the forces Fx, Fy, Fz in three axes and the moments Mx, My, Mz in three axes
Appearance features:
Compact design of 80 * 50 mm, the second-generation new six axis force sensor uses a linkage type force transmission structure, and the force is transmitted through screws. The threaded holes directly machined on the structure can effectively transmit the strain process. Its small volume can withstand large torque, making it very suitable for robot technology.
Protection level IP67;
The force transmission is applied to a 1mm protruding section, and the screw hole inside the section is the force transmission part of the sensor
The circular front surface of the threaded part can achieve optimal force transmission, reducing repeatability errors by 0.1%;

The sensor can be connected to a computer through a multi-channel amplifier with USB interface (GSV-1A8USB) and multi-channel data acquisition software GSVmulti to view real-time data and curves.

AttentionThe output sensitivity depends on the actual value on the factory calibration certificate of the product; Overload protection of 300% means that the sensor itself is safe and there will be no problems when loaded up to three times the range. However, loading beyond 3 times is not calibrated and the output is inaccurate; Overloading by 600% means that loading beyond the sensor range by 6 times will cause irreversible damage to the sensor.
