Different heating methods
1. Steam heating: The heating speed is fast and the heating is uniform. When used, a steam boiler is required, which is suitable for large-scale or large-scale processing and production (note: the cost of using a boiler for small-scale or small-scale production)
2. Electric heating: Fast heating speed, uniform heating, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, easy to install and use, suitable for small and medium-sized production and processing (note: when the output is further expanded, it is not advisable to add electricity)

3. Gas heating: Suitable for natural gas or liquefied gas, with low energy consumption and cost. The bottom is directly heated by an open flame, with a fast heating rate. The temperature of the pot wall is unevenly heated, and the bottom temperature is the highest.
