2、 Double row ceramic deep groove ball bearings

The design of double row ceramic deep groove ball bearings is basically the same as that of single row deep groove ball bearings. The raceway of double row ceramic deep groove ball bearings has excellent sealing between the raceway and the steel ball. Double row deep groove ball bearings can not only withstand radial loads, but also axial loads acting in two directions. The standard double row deep groove ball bearings are 4200A and 4300A types. The A-type bearing does not have a ball gap. Two reinforced nylon retainers are inserted from both sides of the bearing. Double row deep groove ball bearings not only have a radial load-bearing capacity 1.62 times higher than single row deep groove ball bearings, but also can withstand axial loads.

Double row deep groove ball bearings are suitable for use in bearing configurations where the load capacity of a single row deep groove ball bearing is insufficient. For double row deep groove ball bearings with the same outer and inner diameters as deep groove ball bearings, their width is larger and their load capacity is much higher than that of single row deep groove ball bearings in the 62 and 63 series. To ensure good operation of the bearings. Double row deep groove ball bearings, like all ball bearings and roller bearings, must withstand a certain minimum load, especially when working at high speeds or high accelerations, or when the load direction changes rapidly.
