The digestion principle of 5B-1 constant temperature digestion instrument:

Place the sample and digestive solution in a digestive tube, digest them at a constant temperature, and use them for various instrument and chemical analyses after thorough digestion. Digestive sample range: product samples, various water samples, biological samples (blood, urine, hair), cosmetics, etc.

Food sample digestion:
(1) Move the digestion apparatus into the kitchen and heat it up to 120 ℃
(2) Take 1-10.0ml of liquid sample (such as Baijiu, purified water, natural water, etc.) (put the sample into the digestion tube, add three glass beads), put the digestion tube into the digestion instrument and heat it to nearly dry at 120 ℃, add 1.0ml (digest the solution to nearly dry at 240 ℃, take it and cool it down, and measure it at a constant volume)
(3) Weigh 0.500-1.000g sample of general food (such as wine, beverage, fruit sugar, granules, flour food, Congee, etc.) into the digestive tube, add three glass beads, add 10.0ml of digestive solution, put the digestive tube into the digester for digestion at 160 ℃ for about 1-3h) until the digestive solution is clear, digest it at 240 ℃ to complete, take it down to cold, and fix the volume to a certain volume for determination
(4) Weigh 0.300-0.500g of food containing oil and sediment (such as meat, sausages, soybean oil, milk powder, milk sugar, chocolate, etc.) and add three glass beads to a digestion tube. Add 10ml of digestion solution and place the digestion tube in a digestion apparatus at 160 ℃ for 3 hours. If the solution has been clarified, dissolve it at 240 ℃ until almost dry. Remove and cool, and make up to a certain volume for measurement
2. Water sample digestion:
Transfer 1.00-10.0ml of sample into a digestion tube, add three glass beads, place the digestion tube on a digestion apparatus and heat it to near dryness at 120 ℃. Add digestion agent (0.50ml digestion agent for clean water and 2ml digestion agent for sewage) and dissolve it at a constant temperature of 240 ℃ until near dryness. Take it and cool it down, and measure it to a certain volume
3. Sample dissolution:
Weigh 0.200g of the sample and add three glass beads to the digestion tube. Add 5.0ml of digestion solution and digest at 160 ° C for 30 minutes on a digestion apparatus. Maintain a constant temperature of 240 ° C until almost dry. Remove and cool to a certain volume for measurement
4. Cosmetics dissolution:
Take 0.100-0.200g of cosmetics into the digestive tract, add three glass beads and 5-10ml of digestive solution. Digest at 160 ℃ for 1-2 hours until the solution is clear. Dissolve at 240 ℃ until almost dry. Remove and cool to a certain volume for measurement

Precautions for using 5B-1 constant temperature digestion instrument:

1. Please wipe the working surface clean before use, and there should be no water droplets, dirt, scale, or other foreign objects left on it.
2. Place the sample tube.
3. Connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, the indicator light will turn on (set the desired temperature value), and the instrument will be in working condition.
4. When the instrument is in working condition, there should be a dedicated person to take care of it.
5. Work completed, turn off the power switch and cut off the power supply.
6. After the working surface cools down, handle it according to the requirements.
7. To ensure safety, use a three eye grounded safety power supply!
8. The test tube sample should not be too large to avoid boiling and overflowing, which may damage the instrument.
9. Cut off the power when not working to avoid accidents!
