501 Super Constant Temperature Water Bath

1、 Scope of use:
The 501BS super constant temperature water bath is suitable for precise constant temperature direct heating and auxiliary heating in biology, chemistry, physics, plants, chemical engineering and other scientific fields.

2、 Structure:
The structure of this super constant temperature water bath is a metal rectangle, with a carefully crafted shell made of cold-rolled steel plate, a stainless steel inner tank, a digital temperature controller, a power supply, and a water pump all installed in the control box.

3、 Usage:
Before use, please carefully read the instructions, familiarize yourself with the instrument and control panel, and use a megohmmeter to measure whether there is poor insulation or short circuit in the power supply, plug, and grounding. This constant temperature heating solution requires the use of distilled water. The use of river water and hard water is prohibited. If tap water is used, the constant temperature pot should be cleaned after each use to prevent the accumulation of scale on the heater from affecting the sensitivity of the constant temperature

4、 Set temperature:
Press the SET key to set or view the temperature setpoint. Press the SET key once and the digital display character will start flashing, indicating that the instrument has entered the set state. Press the △ key to increase the set value, and press the ▽ key to decrease the set value. Long press the △ key or ▽ key to quickly change the data. Press the SET key again to return the instrument to normal working state. Once the temperature setting is complete, the heating and circulation pump switch can be turned on. If the temperature controller is intelligent, a separate temperature control manual should be attached.
If you need to open a second studio for experiments, you need to connect the external circulation device with a high-temperature resistant plastic tube. After the temperature is constant, turn on the circulation pump switch to start the experiment.

5、 Repair:
When repairing the regulator and replacing the heating tube, simply remove the cover plate on the controller to replace it. The electrical part should be repaired by * * personnel or returned to our factory for repair.
