Please select float balls of various specifications listed in the table above based on the characteristics of the tested object, such as temperature, pressure, specific gravity, acid and alkali resistance.
1. Temperature: PVDF * high temperature is 120 ℃, PP * high is 80 ℃, SUS304/316 * high is 200 ℃.
2. Pressure: Plastic float ball withstand pressure * 5kg/cm2, SUS float ball withstand pressure * 30kg/cm2.
3. Adhesive: A floating ball with a larger size and lower specific gravity should be selected to overcome the surface tension of the liquid.
4. Chemical properties: Plastic materials are suitable for acidic and alkaline environments, and PVDF should be selected when considering temperature.
5. Oil essence: Metal material should be used.
6. Specific gravity: The specific gravity SG of the float must be smaller than that of the measured liquid, otherwise the float cannot float.
