Product details
The characteristics of 304 stainless steel mesh chain include a flat mesh surface, high hardness, strong corrosion resistance, high tensile strength, good breathability, resistance to deformation, and durability.
Chain transmission, smooth operation, and relatively low stress on the mesh surface; The temperature range is -55 degrees Celsius to 1150 degrees Celsius; Smooth movement, strong strength, and long service life.
You can add baffles and horizontal baffles at the edges. Usually used in ovens, quenching tanks, cleaning machines, deep fryers, quick freezing machines, etc.

Stainless steel mesh chains are generally divided into ordinary type, reinforced type, balanced type, combination balanced type, herringbone type, double strand balanced type, chain driven mesh belt, etc. Among them, the B-type mesh belt is made of hard materials pressed by a special mold, with a mesh width of 200mm-3500mm. Usually, this wheel is used for positioning and transmission. Widely used for solidification, melting, drying, and drip drying of electronic circuit boards in the electronics industry, as well as for baking, freezing, and drying of chocolate, cookies, and fish slices in the food industry. The edge of the B-type mesh belt can be driven by a chain.
When using stainless steel mesh belt under high temperature conditions, the following issues should also be considered:
a) The heat generated by friction during the operation of the mesh belt;
b) Due to different manufacturing processes, the thermal expansion coefficient of stainless steel mesh belts varies. When different materials are welded together, there is a possibility of thermal fatigue;
c) The intermittent reduction caused by expansion between parts when the ambient temperature exceeds 400 ℃ should also be fully considered;
d) Creep;
e) Ordinary mesh belts have thermal brittleness when working at high temperatures, and the same applies to stainless steel mesh belts;
f) Brittleness of carbon precipitation;
