1、 Product Overview
1. This pump is suitable for transporting various lubricating liquids with a temperature not exceeding 70 ℃. If a high temperature of 200 ℃ is required, contact our unit and use high-temperature resistant materials with a viscosity of 5 × 10-5~1.5 × 10-3m2/s.
2. This pump is not suitable for transporting corrosive, hard particle or fiber containing, highly volatile or low flash point liquids such as gasoline, benzene, etc.
This type of pump is equipped with a pair of rotary gears in the pump body, which rely on the mutual meshing of the two gears to divide the entire working chamber inside the pump into two independent parts. When the pump is running, the active gear drives the passive gear to rotate. When the gear disengages, a local vacuum is formed on the suction side, and the liquid is sucked in. 2、 Product Features
This series of 2CY gear oil pumps mainly consists of gears, shafts, pump bodies, pump covers, bearing sleeves, shaft end seals, etc. The gears of 2CY gear pump have high hardness and wear resistance after nitriding treatment. The 2CY gear oil pump is installed together with the shaft in a replaceable shaft sleeve for operation. The lubrication of all parts inside the 2CY gear pump is automatically achieved through the use of the conveying medium during pump operation.
The four bearing sleeves inside the pump are installed in a floating manner, and the end clearance is automatically adjusted according to the working pressure. Therefore, the pressure of the 2CY gear pump is stable, the output flow pulsation is small, and the dissolution efficiency is high.
When viewed from the extended end of the main shaft towards the pump, it rotates clockwise.

STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION
This product consists of components such as pump body, gears, front and rear pump covers, safety valves, bearings, and sealing devices.
1. The pump body, front and rear covers, and other parts are made of gray cast iron, while the gears are made of high-quality carbon steel; It can also be made of copper or stainless steel according to user needs.
2. Safety valve.
The 2CY series gear lubrication pump does not come with a safety valve, and users need to install a safety valve in the pipeline system themselves when using it. The KCB, 2CY series gear type oil transfer pump is equipped with a safety valve above the rear pump cover or pump body. When the pump or discharge pipeline fails or the discharge valve is completely closed, high pressure and high pressure may occur? When hit, the safety valve will automatically open, removing some or all of the high-pressure liquid back to the suction chamber, thus providing safety protection for the pump and pipeline.
3. Bearings.
2CY series gear lubrication pumps all use DU bearings; Tin bronze bearings can be used according to user requirements. &0818.3-83.3, 2CY1.1 gear type oil transfer pump adopts DU bearings; Tin bronze bearings can be used according to user requirements.
KCB133-960 and 2CY8-60 gear type oil transfer pumps have three structures: DU bearings, tin bronze bearings, and rolling bearings, which need to be specified when ordering. Any items not specified during ordering shall be supplied according to the DU bearing structure.
The bearing is of built-in type and relies on the conveyed medium for lubrication; 011 bearings and tin bronze bearings can operate in non lubricating media.
4. Shaft seal.
The shaft end seals of this series of products have three structures: skeleton oil seals, mechanical seals, and packing seals.
a. Skeleton oil seal: The characteristics of skeleton oil seal are easy maintenance and replacement, low cost, but short service life. Ding Qing rubber skeleton oil seal is suitable for 1001: the following working environments; Fluororubber skeleton oil seal is suitable for working environments below 200 ℃.
b. 1. Mechanical seal: The characteristics of mechanical seals are reliable sealing, long service life, and high cost. The substrate of the mechanical seal is made of stainless steel, and the dynamic and static surrounding media are made of YG8 hard alloy or YG8 graphite, respectively. The operating temperature is below 200 ℃.
c. Packing seal: Packing seal is only used for high-temperature oil pumps, and its characteristic is high temperature resistance with a small amount of leakage. During use, regular adjustments should be made according to the leakage situation, and the operating temperature should be below 250 ℃.
The type of sealing structure required by the user should be specified when ordering. Any items not specified at the time of ordering shall be supplied according to the nitrile rubber skeleton oil seal structure.
5. Inlet and outlet type.
The inlet and outlet of the 2CY series gear lubrication pump are designed with British pipe threads (G) corresponding to the diameter, which are directly made on the pump body.

precautions
1. Install gear oil pump:
a. Before installation, it is necessary to check whether the pump has been damaged during transportation, such as whether the motor has been affected by moisture, whether the dust covers at the pump inlet and outlet are damaged, and whether dirt has entered the pump chamber.
b. Before installing the pipeline, the inner wall of the pipeline should be cleaned with clean water or steam. During installation, the weight of the pipeline should be avoided from being borne by the pump, so as not to affect the accuracy and service life of the pump.
c. Gear oil pump should be located as close as possible to the oil tank; The connection parts of the pipeline must not leak air or liquid, otherwise there may be a phenomenon of not being able to absorb liquid.
d. To prevent particles, impurities, and other contaminants from entering the pump, a metal filter screen should be installed at the suction port with a filtration accuracy of 30 mesh/in, and the filtration area should be more than three times the cross-sectional area of the inlet pipe.
e. It is recommended to install vacuum and pressure gauges on the import and export pipelines to monitor the working status of the pump.
f. When the oil pool is deep, the suction pipeline is long, or the medium viscosity is high, causing excessive vacuum, the inlet pipe can be thickened by one gear. When the oil suction pipeline is long, a bottom valve should also be installed.
2. Inspection of gear oil pump before operation:
a. Are the fasteners of the pump secure.
b. Whether the rotation of the active shaft is uniform and consistent in weight.
c. Is the valve of the inlet and outlet pipeline open.
d. Whether the rotation direction of the pump meets the requirements.
e. Before initial use, an appropriate amount of medium should be injected into the pump.
3. Maintenance of gear oil pump during operation:
a. Note that the readings of the pressure gauge and vacuum gauge of the gear oil pump should comply with the technical specifications specified for the pump.
b. When there is abnormal noise or high temperature rise during the operation of the gear oil pump, the pump should be stopped immediately for inspection.
c. In general, safety valves should not be adjusted arbitrarily. If adjustment is necessary, instruments should be used for calibration. Make the cut-off pressure of the safety valve equal to that of the pump
d. 1.5-2 times the rated pressure. 4. Pump stop
a. Cut off the power supply.
b. Close the inlet and outlet pipeline valves.
