Yc-280The Type A aerator is a new type of aerator developed by our factory and Tongji University in Shanghai. It is the fifth generation product among aerators and also a new product. After testing by the scientific research department, it has been proven that this aerator not only has good air distribution function, but also has high oxygen utilization rate, uniform flow velocity in the pool, good flow state, never clogging, no short circuit, and easy installation.

working principle:
The gas is transported to the aerator through the intake pipe and mixed uniformly with the mixed liquid in the cyclone ring. It is then rotated forward and backward by the dynamic core to form a gas-liquid enhanced cyclone zone, while L ü is a continuous cyclone. The bubbles formed by the mixed liquid entering through the bottom hole undergo continuous secondary cutting, and then undergo three cuts and collisions along the guide ring through the interlayer gear cover and inverted gear cover. After uniform diffusion, they rise and drive the surrounding mixed liquid to rise together, causing violent mixing of gas and liquid and accelerating the renewal of the gas-liquid interface. After three cuts of gas, the bubbles become smaller and larger, invisibly increasing the gas-liquid contact area, which is more conducive to oxygen transfer and thus improving oxygen utilization efficiency.
