A liquid filter bag has a filtering function equivalent to 5-10 times that of a filter element, which can greatly reduce costs; The designed flow rate can meet the requirements of 1-500m ³/h, with low cost. matters needing attention:

1. Before using the filter, it is necessary to check whether the accessories and seals are safe and undamaged, and then install them according to the requirements.

2. According to the requirements of liquid filtration accuracy, filter bags with corresponding filtration accuracy are installed. The filter bags of our factory's bag filters are tightened using a wide edge support basket with a leak proof sealing ring screw fastening method. Pay attention to whether the sealing ring under the wide edge basket is installed properly.

3. When the filtered liquid enters the filter, the exhaust valve above the filter should be opened to allow the liquid to fill the entire filter, and then the exhaust valve should be closed, otherwise it will affect the filtration effect.

4. The pressure gauge on the cylinder displays the pressure of the liquid inside the filter, which is slightly higher than the pressure of the outlet liquid. As the pressure difference increases and the flow rate decreases, it indicates that the filter bag is clogged and needs to be stopped for cleaning or replacement. The pressure difference of this filter is controlled within 0.05MPa to 0.1MPa.

5. When replacing the filter bag, the inlet and outlet valves should be closed first, and the exhaust valve on the filter should be opened to eliminate pressure inside the filter. Then, the residual liquid inside the filter should be discharged before replacing the filter bag

6. If the filter is not used for a long time, the residual liquid in the filter must be drained, cleaned inside and outside, and kept dry.
